of The IDEAL PROTEIN protocol which is a medically guided, 3 phase approach to weight loss. It is a tried and tested program that ensures weight loss (with a specific focus on fat loss!) while forever ditching archaic notions of crash diets being the only solution to weight loss. 

The weight loss phase aims to enhance fat loss by inducing ketosis, a safe and natural metabolic state where the body utilizes stored fat as its primary source of energy, achieved by limiting carbohydrate consumption. You will continue in phase I until your desired weight loss objective is attained.

After shedding excess weight, the body resists regaining it, creating an "energy gap" where cravings exceed energy needs, leading to challenges in sustaining weight loss. The stabilization phase aims to minimize this gap by carefully adjusting the consumption of protein, fat, and carbohydrates to effectively manage appetite, enhance satiety, and uphold weight loss achievements. Regular follow-up sessions, conducted weekly for a duration of two months or longer, are intended to oversee the reintroduction of carbohydrates and track weight changes.

Throughout the initial 12-month period after reaching stabilization, your coach & clinic will continue to provide guidance & support. It is highly recommended to maintain regular communication and updates with your coach during this phase. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to remain connected to your coach and clinic through the Ideal Protein app and the Tanita body composition analysis scale. For individuals in the Maintenance stage, it is strongly advised to partake in two semi-annual "tune-ups" to optimize long-term success.
