  • What should I prepare for my initial consultation?

    Prior to your initial consultation, please fill out the health profile and have a list of any medications you take. These are not requirements but these measures help to streamline your appointment and give you more time to talk 1-on-1 with your consultant

  • Do You Offer Group Consultations Or Workshops?

    YES! We hold monthly info nights in our clinic. This gives folks the opportunity to see inside our clinic, hear all about the program, taste the foods, and ask us any questions! If you'd be interested in joining us for our info night or are wanting to inquire for more info, contact us and we'd be happy to reserve your spot!

     

    We can also accommodate partner consultations if you'd like to bring someone with you! We often help couples, friends and coworkers as a pair. Signing up with a partner can help accountability and motivation! 


  • Do we do virtual coaching?

    Virtual coaching for the Ideal Protein program offers a convenient and personalized approach to achieving weight loss and overall wellness goals. Through virtual platforms, individuals can connect with experienced coaches who provide guidance, support, and accountability remotely. These coaches leverage technology to deliver nutritional education, meal planning assistance, and lifestyle recommendations, tailoring the program to meet the unique needs of each participant. With virtual coaching, individuals can receive ongoing motivation and expert guidance from the comfort of their own homes, making it easier to stay on track and successfully navigate their weight loss journey. 

  • What is Ideal Protein for weight loss?

    Ideal Protein is a ketogenic weight loss protocol that resets the body to burn fat, empowering weight loss for long-lasting health. The three-phase, scientifically developed, structured approach combined with one-on-one coaching helps you lose weight and learn step-by-step how to keep the weight off. In the weight loss phase, carbohydrate intake is limited to help the body transition to using its fat stores for energy. Individuals consume Ideal Protein foods to sustain muscle mass while learning to develop smarter eating habits and lifestyle choices, helping to maintain their weight after weight loss.

  • Where are we located?

    Our clinic proudly serves the White Rock and South Surrey community. Located at 1322 Johnston Rd, White Rock, BC V4B 3Z2, you’ll find free parking and street access. 


  • So you’re just keto?… Nope there’s some key differences:

    DIY keto diets typically reduce carbohydrate intake without specifically addressing protein intake, recommend that up to 70% of your daily calories come from fats, and fail to differentiate between saturated and unsaturated fats. 

    The amount of protein consumed is determined by the dieter without consulting the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA). 

    Animal protein is relied upon as the primary protein source, which may contribute to higher levels of saturated fats. Excess consumption of saturated fats may: increase cholesterol, favor cardiovascular diseases, damage cell membranes, cause gout and a variety of other ailments due to increased purine. 

    Dieters have to take the liberty to research RDAs and track macros to determine a proper calorie and nutrient intake. They are also left to learn about ketosis through books and online resources. 

    Without structure and support, figuring out what, when, and how much to eat can be complicated and confusing!

    Ideal Protein Protocol reduces carbohydrates and fats while ensuring adequate daily protein intake. Fat intake is temporarily lowered, which allows patients or clients to burn through fat stores faster. 

    Structured approach that promotes a lower caloric intake and the consumption of more unsaturated fats than saturated. 

     Patients and clients are provided healthier lifestyle education as designed by our Medical Advisory Board in collaboration with our Scientific Support Team and Registered Dietitian. 

    Overseen by a Licensed Healthcare Provider, our structured and standardized approach supports patients and clients as they work to develop and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

     Additionally, the Ideal Protein Protocol provides the recommended daily intake of vitamins and minerals, unlike DIY keto diets. 


  • Do I get bonuses through the referral program?

    With our referral program, both you and your referral will receive free products and cash bonuses for each person you refer!

  • How do we incorporate whole food nutrition into maintenance?

    If your weight loss journey was a bike, our Ideal Protein foods are the training wheels. In maintenance, our coaches help guide you through proper whole-food nutrition to keep the weight off. With a focus on macronutrients and food quality, you can be confident in making the right choices for your needs at the grocery store, restaurant, or home.

  • What is the cost of your program?

     There’s no fee for you to come in and have an initial consultation with us. This consultation would include a detailed explanation of what our medical protocol entails and the ability for you to ask any questions you may have. We base our program costs off of individuals so once you come in we can get a better idea of your goals and give you an accurate price estimate. The start-up fees include the starter bag package (28 different food products, micronutrition supplements, shaker cup, plus more) and a coaching fee. There is a program cost weekly which is determined by your individual nutritional needs so it varies from person to person. We will break down the costs in more detail and determine what your weekly fee would be at your consultation as well.

  • Can I be on the Protocol if I’m a vegetarian or vegan?

    Vegetarians can follow the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol and can consume eggs, fish, or tofu as part of their dinner meal for their whole protein source. Alternatively, vegetarians can have 2 Ideal Protein foods for dinner in replacement of their whole protein. Due to the many dietary restrictions, strict vegans, who do not consume any animal proteins and animal by-products, such as dairy products, honey etc, are not suited for the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol.


  • Can I exercise on the protocol?

    While exercise is not required for your success on protocol, remaining active is a part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. We ask that clients stick to walking, stretching, or light weight lifting while on the weight loss phase of our program. The aim is to stay away from greatly elevating your heart rate so that you can protect and maintain your muscle mass.
