Certified Coach

Rachel is the owner of Ideal Nutrition Weight Loss Clinic.  She is a Registered Nutritionist and seasoned weight loss coach with over a decades experience. She also opened and ran a very successful cafe and catering company in Kelowna. As a true foodie, she understands why people are not enthusiastic about dieting, and as a nutritionist, is a firm believer that the right foods can help heal you and especially help you lose weight.  So equipped with the expertise of those two worlds, Rachel became an incredibly successful weight loss coach in Kelowna by helping many people learn how to eat delicious yet healthy foods, resulting in fast and permanent weight loss!  Since 2019, Rachel has been doing the same at her own clinic here in White Rock.

Certified Coach

April is an integral part of the Ideal Nutrition Weight Loss Clinic team and is also a Certified Weight Loss Coach.  She is a health sciences student, who has a background in working with various start-ups, and has years of volunteer experience working with various philanthropic organizations.  April is passionate about health & nutrition and is working daily to help bring health and wellness to the community in White Rock. She is enthusiastic about the opportunity to connect with people in the community that she grew up in.


Coach in Training

Agata is a true foodie and a Weight Loss Coach in training! She has years of experience with helping people reach their goals from becoming more physically fit, to believing in what they’re truly capable of doing. She has extensive background in First Aid as well as different kinds of group and personal  fitness coaching. Nutrition and healthy living are two of her favourite things to spend her time learning about! In her spare time, Agata loves to play her guitar and go to concerts! She’s very excited to meet and connect with the White Rock community!
