TIPS FOR AVOIDING THE H1N1/SWINE FLU

Keep your family healthy!!! Viruses and other bugs are around all year but this year there seems to be more fear for a global flu crisis.  The best thing you can do to ward off these nasty bugs is to strengthen your immune system. Most important is to eat right, drink lots of water, exercise and sleep well.    Good hand washing habits are also essential.  In addition there are proven immune-boosting supplements that we can recommend.

One example is Vitamin C, which is a powerful antioxidant that our body does not manufacture. It is a proven immune booster and around 2000 mg a day can be taken.   Vitamin D has also been proven by mainstream research to be a highly effective immune booster….recommend a minimum of 1000IU’s per day.  Other examples include, Echinacea, Zinc, Omega 3’s and Probiotics and Homeopathic Remedies.   Depending on the individuals specific needs, we can recommend an effective immune booster program for you and your family.
