Vitamin A can have a magical effect on problem skin, but don’t apply any preparations containing it unless you  consult your doctor. Instead, boost your intake of foods that are rich in beta carotene(which the body converts into Vitamin A) including carrots,watercress, apricots, mangoes and melons.
