What Are You Making For Dinner Tonight?

June 3, 2010

It is the million dollar question each day!  Well, let me share with you what I made last night……I had lentils (Puy) in my pantry and I boiled them with some carrots and celery for a bit, then I turned them off and went to pick up kids etc.  I picked up some nice salmon from my favourite fish guy while I was out.  So once home, I put some homemade parsley pesto (parsley from my garden, recipe to follow) onto the salmon and grilled it on the BBQ.  I reheated the lentils until they were cooked properly, then served them up and placed a piece of salmon on top.  I made a green salad with lots of vegetables to go on the side. Mmm good!! Easy and everyone loved it! Try it…..
